Reservation Policy

Terms for Bass' Mountaintop Cabins and Cabins at The French Woods Golf & X-Ski Resort. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights, 3 nights on Holidays & Parent weekends. A maximum occupancy of 6 people per Lodge. $20 per night for each additional person beyond occupancy rate. We accept Visa/MasterCard only. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations made less than 30 days, but more than 15 days of check-in on Parent Weekends are charged 50% the amount of the reservation. Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in on Parent Weekends are charged the full amount of the reservation. All rates are subject to New York State sales tax. Check in time is 2:OO PM. Check out time is 11:OO AM. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. All Lodges are Smoke Free. A charge of $250 will be incurred for smoking in the Lodges. Pets are allowed as long as they behave themselves. All Rates & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
